Job Summary

Support Sonova Consumer Hearing finance by partnering with Sales and Marketing to drive pricing, discounting, and sales/marketing performance analysis. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under HGB and IFRS, manage balance sheet and P&L transactions, and perform reconciliations. Contribute to budgeting and forecasting with variance and year-over-year analyses, prepare internal and external reports, and help improve processes while ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze sales drivers, including product mix impact and ASP.
•Perform pricing and discounting analysis to quantify sales promotion effects on net sales.
•Prepare financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) in accordance with HGB and IFRS.
•Review and post transactions for balance sheet and P&L, and perform general ledger, subledger, and intercompany reconciliations.
•Support Sales and Marketing budgeting/forecasting with variance and year-over-year analysis; identify cost drivers and implement process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or controlling.
•5+ years of professional finance experience in an international environment.
•3+ years of controlling experience supporting Sales and/or Marketing departments.
•Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
•Fluent English; German knowledge is a plus. Experience with JDE is a plus.
