Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze sales drivers, including product mix impact and ASP.
  • •Perform pricing and discounting analysis to quantify sales promotion effects on net sales.
  • •Prepare financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) in accordance with HGB and IFRS.
  • •Review and post transactions for balance sheet and P&L, and perform general ledger, subledger, and intercompany reconciliations.
  • •Support Sales and Marketing budgeting/forecasting with variance and year-over-year analysis; identify cost drivers and implement process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or controlling.
  • •5+ years of professional finance experience in an international environment.
  • •3+ years of controlling experience supporting Sales and/or Marketing departments.
  • •Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
  • •Fluent English; German knowledge is a plus. Experience with JDE is a plus.
