Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver cross-functional execution of programs to meet division(s) and financial goals for the Metal ALD product group.
  • •Coordinate division(s) product portfolio prioritization and budget alignment, ensuring OPEX spending matches project plans and targets.
  • •Drive planning and operational execution to optimize balance sheet performance, including cash and inventory management.
  • •Create and continuously improve business processes, and manage interface points across the enterprise to drive continuous improvement plans.
  • •Own COGS reduction plans to deliver GM (gross margin) targets and align division objectives with segment and AMAT plans.
