Job Summary

Senior GTM Recruiter responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. Lead sourcing strategy, screening, panel coordination, and offers; drive GTM hiring processes, leverage AI to improve velocity, and partner with Marketing to boost Rho’s talent brand in fintech/SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

•Own GTM hiring funnels end-to-end: sourcing strategy, screening calls, panel coordination, and offer close.
•Develop and refine GTM hiring processes; advise hiring managers on better searches and stronger evaluation.
•Find creative positioning angles that resonate with operators; A/B test messaging; use data to understand what converts.
•Obsess over metrics—pipeline coverage, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate—and beat them every quarter.
•Build relationships with Marketing to amplify Rho's talent brand in the GTM space.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 200,000 annually
