Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote personal and coworker safety while performing work in compliance with state and federal environmental regulations.
  • •Follow site procedures, standards, and specifications; lead daily task planning, incident investigations, and performance in Safety, Environmental, Quality, Reliability, and Cost focus areas.
  • •Build process knowledge to detect unusual conditions and troubleshoot/resolve process and equipment issues.
  • •Take readings and monitor process conditions continually using plant data/control systems; document operating parameters.
  • •Perform minor maintenance, place systems in a safe condition for maintenance work, and enter SAP work notifications for equipment needing maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Willing and able to work outside year-round under various weather conditions in 24/7 plant operations.
  • •Capable of working 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, and providing overtime coverage.
  • •Ability to climb equipment and work in confined spaces and from elevated platforms.
  • •Basic computer skills and ability to lift up to 50 pounds while wearing appropriate protective equipment.
