Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the programme reporting function, setting processes, standards, and governance for performance information collection and presentation.
  • •Manage development and maintenance of reporting tools, templates, and methodologies for consistent and efficient data capture.
  • •Own the reporting calendar and coordinate preparation, QA, review, and distribution of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports.
  • •Oversee programme-level dashboards and management information, translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of reporting professionals while working across project controls, finance, risk, planning, engineering, and delivery teams to integrate reliable information.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience specialising in project performance reporting on major infrastructure programmes or projects of comparable scale and complexity.
  • •Proficiency with reporting tools including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • •Experience using Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • •Substantial expertise in data visualisation and analytical techniques to produce decision-ready reporting outputs.
  • •Experience with cost management systems, financial management systems, and recognised industry publishing tools.
