Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate daily warehousing activities for an assigned site and shift, including inbound delivery coordination, receiving, inventory control, put-away, kitting, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
  • •Assign, prioritize, and check the work of warehouse material handlers; train new team members on system transactions, material handling procedures, and safety requirements.
  • •Execute and audit warehousing transactions in Archer's SAP-based ERP/WMS environment, including goods receipt, put-away confirmation, stock transfers, cycle counts, and outbound delivery/shipment postings.
  • •Author, revise, and maintain standard work instructions and process workflows for core warehousing activities, ensuring documentation is version-controlled and consistent across sites and shifts.
  • •Investigate and drive root-cause resolution of inventory discrepancies, transaction errors, and cycle-count variances while partnering with the Warehouse Supervisor and Materials/Planning teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 52,300 - 65,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of related experience in aerospace, automotive, or another highly regulated manufacturing industry, including at least 1 year leading, training, or directing warehouse/material-handling staff.
  • •2+ years of hands-on experience executing warehousing transactions in an ERP/WMS system; SAP experience (SAP MM, SAP EWM, or SAP WM) strongly preferred.
  • •Ability to write clear, technically accurate standard work instructions, SOPs, or process workflows for warehousing/manufacturing operations.
  • •Organizational and time-management skills to lead, prioritize, and check others across a site and shift.
  • •Strong computer skills navigating ERP/WMS transaction screens and MS Office (Excel), with comfort using warehouse scanning/RF equipment.
