Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the main technical point of contact for customer engineering teams and lead weekly customer calls organized by program management.
  • •Ensure inclusion in relevant customer communications, technical deep-dives, and milestone reviews with status updates and action tracking.
  • •Demonstrate strong understanding of Physical and Protocol layers for high-speed interfaces and apply it to silicon bring-up and product integration.
  • •Diagnose silicon-related issues, interpret test results, and own/support all customer support cases across SFDC, Sherlock, and Jira.
  • •Coordinate and lead technical reviews (SDC/constraint checks, physical integration assessments, pre-tape-out checklist reviews, and bring-up test plan evaluations) and serve as escalation point for complex cross-functional issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering with +2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field.
  • •Strong communication and customer listening skills, with a commitment to customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
  • •Experience validating Physical Layer and Protocol Layer for at least one high-speed SERDES technology.
  • •Hands-on post-silicon PHY bring-up, system interoperability, and compliance testing.
  • •Proficiency with oscilloscopes, BERTs, protocol exercisers/analyzers, and case management tools such as SFDC and Jira.
