Job Summary

Lead SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance workstreams within large transformation programs, owning maintenance planning, execution, and cost control end-to-end. Drive solution design and configuration for SAP PM, support ECC-to-S/4HANA transition activities (fit-to-standard, data conversion, integration), and manage testing, cutover, and go-live for PM. Ensure governance, documentation, and knowledge transfer while mentoring PM consultants and coordinating with cross-functional SAP teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead SAP PM workstreams in S/4HANA transformation programs and own end-to-end Asset-to-Maintenance and Maintenance-to-Cost processes.
•Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for SAP S/4HANA PM, including technical objects, notifications/orders, and maintenance processes; ensure adoption of S/4HANA PM simplifications.
•Lead transformation activities such as Fit-to-Standard workshops, maintenance process harmonization, RICEFW impact assessment, and technical object/maintenance data conversion guidance.
•Coordinate PM integration with MM, WM/EWM, PP, QM, FI/CO, and HR teams and collaborate with ABAP/CPI/mobility teams for enhancements and integrations.
•Own testing, cutover planning for open maintenance orders/plans/histories, and provide go-live and hypercare support with maintenance continuity.

Key Requirements

•10–12+ years of SAP experience with hands-on expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management processes.
•At least 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in a PM Lead role.
•Deep understanding of maintenance planning, execution, and costing, including SAP S/4HANA PM simplifications and Fiori apps.
•Experience leading PM delivery in large SAP programs, including strong stakeholder management and communication.
•Hands-on integration knowledge across PM with MM, WM/EWM, PP, QM, FI/CO, and HR; ABAP/CPI/mobility collaboration experience is beneficial.
