Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end Treasury Management product implementations for clients, including service setup and delivery against agreed timeframes.
  • •Serve as a product expert for sales by supporting client calls, explaining complex set-up, and advising on modifications.
  • •Run pre-implementation kickoff and post-sale calls to review requirements, define approach, roles, required client information, and completion timelines.
  • •Maintain a portfolio of client implementations with promised dates; monitor queues and expedite aged items to meet SLAs.
  • •Deliver client training and execute operational instructions and project management practices (status reporting, issue tracking) to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 1 year of Treasury Management Operations experience.
  • •Preferred: 2+ years of Treasury Management Operations experience.
  • •Preferred: 3+ years of client service experience.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
