Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and implementation of the City-wide Asset Strategy, including policy, governance, scope, roles, and responsibilities.
  • •Support Head of Asset Management in developing the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), balancing value, risk, cost, and service outcomes.
  • •Develop and maintain the asset classification/hierarchy framework for consistent citywide asset management.
  • •Oversee the central asset register and configuration control to ensure data quality, standards, and documentation are up to date.
  • •Provide analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations to the Head of Asset Management and senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • •Experience in asset management for a city municipality and/or property management or operations.
  • •Knowledge of ISO55001 standards.
  • •Experience implementing asset management processes across the lifecycle of physical assets.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in asset management, preferably in large-scale developments or entertainment sectors.
