Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using the value proposition.
  • •Utilize CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
  • •Primarily focus on cross-selling and outside sales activities, including membership presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Establish relationships with assigned business partners and refer customers appropriately while consistently meeting/exceeding customer experience and production goals.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank through appearance and verbal/written communication.
  • •Ability to develop a working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to exercise sound judgment; this role requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at time of employment.
