Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide senior technical review to ensure plant designs and deliverables meet QA/QC and safety standards while supporting profitability goals.
  • •Lead and grow the drinking water team (including mentorship for a team of 10) and support retention through active coaching.
  • •Oversee operations including team dynamics, utility performance evaluations, staff management, and the financial health of the portfolio.
  • •Drive business development by collaborating with capture managers and leading technical proposals and capture strategies within allocated budgets.
  • •Lead execution of complex multi-disciplinary projects from design through construction, ensuring compliance with Ontario regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
  • •8+ years of progressive experience designing and constructing municipal drinking water treatment plants.
  • •Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario or transferable within 6 months.
  • •Proven track record managing technical teams and delivering projects from start to finish.
  • •Demonstrated ability to execute a comprehensive strategic vision across multi-million dollar drinking water infrastructure projects.
