Key Responsibilities

  • •Know store and individual goals and actively work to reach or exceed them using available resources
  • •Provide customer service, support upselling and brand awareness, and act as a passionate brand ambassador
  • •Maintain visual merchandising standards, order, and cleanliness in the store area
  • •Ensure product availability, support replenishment when deliveries arrive, and minimize losses by monitoring inventory
  • •Perform cash desk activity where applicable and help with online order processes (Endless Aisle, Click & Collect, Ship from Store) where applicable
