Own the full resourcing life cycle for an assigned business area in the GCC, including talent planning, sourcing, screening, assessment, and hiring. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver staffing against open vacancies, maintain a strong candidate experience, and manage the process through ATS. Promote vacancies and employer brand using talent attraction tools, provide timely feedback, and coordinate offers and onboarding with P&O and Global Mobility teams.
