•Establish engineering best practices and standards, including code review standards and other quality practices.
•Own architecture by applying strong understanding of evolving technology impacts and contributing to High Level Design (HLD).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 157,400 - 179,600 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 6 years of hands-on development experience, preferably with Java, Python, Go, or other object-oriented languages.
•At least 6 years of experience with application and/or data design, architecture, and development.
•Experience with AWS (highly preferred) or other cloud products such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
•Experience providing mentorship to Junior/Intermediate associates and guidance to technical and business stakeholders.
