Job Summary

Build and evolve modular backend services for Business Applications, powering Help Center, Contact Center, CX AI Platforms, CRM, and trust & safety systems. Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement modular backend services supporting Help Center, Contact Center, CX AI Platforms, CRM, and trust & safety operational systems.
•Develop and expand write/read integrations for real-time data pulls using GraphQL and APIs.
•Build microservices architecture and evolve event-based integrations framework for Salesforce and other third-party tools into a scalable BusApps-owned system.
•Partner with Commercial Operations and Trust & Safety to deliver backend infrastructure for campaigning, alerting, and automation.
•Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enable automation and LLM-driven workflows, and contribute backend best practices for monitoring and resiliency.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of backend engineering experience building microservice architectures and online services.
•Experience building and maintaining integration frameworks/middleware/service layers connecting enterprise SaaS tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, contact center platforms) to backend systems.
•Fluent in at least one major programming language (Go, Python, Java, or similar) and able to work with multiple coding languages.
•Experience building software using databases such as Postgres and DynamoDB.
•Hands-on experience developing event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or workflow engines, and operating cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) with secure authentication/authorization.
