Job Summary

Support Finance transformation initiatives by combining Agile delivery practices with organizational change management. Partner with project teams and stakeholders to improve team effectiveness, facilitate workshops and planning, maintain action logs and decision records, and deliver executive-ready updates and adoption plans. Use data and stakeholder feedback to track progress, surface risks, and continuously improve delivery and change adoption outcomes. Assess change needs and support communications, training, and resistance management to sustain long-term adoption.

•Partner with project teams and leaders on deliverables and execution support for transformation initiatives and related workstreams.
•Facilitate working sessions, retrospectives, workshops, and planning meetings to align stakeholders and support effective execution.
•Maintain action logs, decision records, risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively escalate items affecting delivery or adoption.
•Develop audience-appropriate deliverables including project updates, status summaries, executive presentations, change impact assessments, adoption plans, and stakeholder communications.
•Assess change needs and support change activities such as communications, training support, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management to drive sustained adoption.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 124,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•3-5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, project support, business analysis, transformation, change management, or similar roles.
•Familiarity with Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban, including support for Agile ceremonies.
•Foundational understanding of organizational change management methods, including change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training support, and resistance management.
•Strong analytical and communication skills, including translating complex issues into recommendations and preparing polished presentations.
