Job Summary

Join Aon’s Asia Technical Excellence team as a Coverage Specialist focusing on policy wordings and re/insurance coverage across Asia. Support brokers and client teams on property and casualty risks; draft, review and refine policy terms; contribute to market-leading terms; attend client meetings; train brokers and colleagues; based in Singapore or Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a varied pipeline of work, including drafting, reviewing and analyzing insurance policy terms, enhancements and endorsements.
•Provide guidance on policy wordings and coverage issues to brokers and client teams.
•Attend broker, carrier and client meetings to discuss specific coverage matters and technical issues.
•Collaborate with growth and account teams to support new business development and deepen client relationships.
•Create thought leadership on policy wordings, risk factors and market trends, and translate technical insight into practical guidance for the business.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of post-qualification experience in re/insurance contracts, policy terms, endorsements and related documentation.
•A law degree or relevant insurance qualification.
•Strong technical knowledge of property and casualty insurance across international markets.
•Proven experience drafting policies and contract wordings with the ability to refine existing wording.
•Excellent written English and ability to communicate complex coverage issues to internal and external stakeholders.
