Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise in materials management, ensuring adherence to best practices, policies, and governance standards.
  • •Analyze, optimize, and continuously improve inventory strategies, procurement processes, and supply chain workflows to enhance efficiency, service levels, and cost performance.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and others) to execute effective materials planning strategies aligned to business priorities.
  • •Develop, monitor, and maintain KPIs to support annual planning, operational targets, and executive leadership reporting.
  • •Govern master data integrity under Global Data Management standards and lead change management, process standardization, and planning team development across multiple sites.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of materials management experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, with strong expertise in inventory control and supply chain optimization.
  • •5+ years using materials planning systems and ERP software to analyze and manage inventory and procurement processes.
  • •5+ years working with supply chain workflows, procurement strategies, and regulatory compliance related to materials handling.
  • •3+ years leading cross-functional collaboration and driving continuous improvement initiatives in materials management.
