Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex, cross-functional improvement projects using DMAIC with clear charters, milestones, governance, and control plans.
  • •Develop statistical models and analysis (DOE, hypothesis testing, ANOVA, regression) to identify process drivers and optimize operating parameters.
  • •Establish Statistical Process Control systems, including control charts and reaction plans, to detect assignable-cause variation.
  • •Run Measurement Systems Analysis and Gage R&R studies to ensure production data and inspection systems are accurate and reproducible.
  • •Drive Lean and risk-reduction initiatives (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, SMED, FMEA, error-proofing) and quantify validated benefits with Finance while managing scope, resources, risks, and adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Statistics, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading DMAIC projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • •Hands-on experience with advanced statistics including Design of Experiments, hypothesis testing, regression, SPC, process capability, and Measurement Systems Analysis.
  • •Experience applying Lean methods such as Value Stream Mapping, SMED, standard work, flow, pull, Kanban, and mistake-proofing.
