Quantity Surveyor

Lead site pre- and post-contract cost management activities as part of a commercial team on an infrastructure and housing project. Collaborate daily with site supervision and integrate with design and client teams while evaluating claims, measuring and quantifying work, and preparing monthly cost reports. Assess and value progress payments, change requests, variation orders, and final account settlements, including earned value reporting and cash-flow updates.
