Key Responsibilities

  • •Own growth engineering projects end-to-end, including localization frameworks, referral logic, attribution systems, and tracking infrastructure.
  • •Build marketing site features such as landing pages, interactive tools, calculators, and conversion flows that help users discover and try Buffer.
  • •Develop marketing platform capabilities including A/B testing infrastructure, programmatic page generation for SEO/AEO, and reusable content/components patterns.
  • •Drive experimentation and optimization by setting up experiments, validating results, and iterating based on real usage.
  • •Maintain integrations and system health across Segment, GTM, Mixpanel, and BigQuery, including upgrading dependencies, optimizing performance, and contributing to on-call rotation.
