Key Responsibilities

•Own growth engineering projects end-to-end, from localization framework for international audiences to building referral program logic, attribution systems, and tracking infrastructure.
•Build features on Buffer's marketing site that help people discover and try Buffer, shipping landing pages, interactive tools, and conversion flows.
•Shape our marketing platform capabilities by building systems and frameworks that move the team faster, including A/B testing, programmatic page generation for SEO/AEO, and reusable components.
•Drive experimentation and optimization by setting up experiments, validating results, and iterating based on findings.
•Maintain integrations with the marketing tech stack (Segment, GTM, Mixpanel, BigQuery), upgrade dependencies, optimize performance, and participate in on-call rotation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 156,500 - 202,300 annually

•Strong frontend foundations in React and TypeScript, with modern web development experience; comfortable writing backend logic and API routes when needed.
•Experience with growth, marketing technology, SEO, analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
•Ability to operate effectively in a remote, async environment and collaborate across marketing, design, and engineering.
•Experience integrating third-party services and pipelines to improve measurement and attribution.
•Interest or experience with content creation or Buffer’s user-facing marketing features is a plus.
