Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a safety leader and promote a safety-first culture, escalating safety concerns and risks
  • •Maintain quality by reading finishing/job-jacket and customer/print specifications, and performing inspections and QA checks using the AIMS dashboard
  • •Locate and use inspection methods and testing requirements within AIMS, and complete SOC deviation forms when operating outside standard parameters
  • •Assist with machine setups as directed by technicians or leads and perform basic troubleshooting when possible
  • •Complete required production and quality documentation, collect and label product samples, and maintain product safety and cleanliness

Key Requirements

  • •Previous manufacturing and machine operation experience
  • •Ability to perform quality checks and interpret results to maintain product specifications
  • •Basic computer skills to learn production systems and software
  • •Ability to perform detailed visual inspections using measurement devices and follow math/measurement/reading skills
  • •Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork, including working independently with minimal supervision and lifting up to 50 lbs.
