Shape and deploy GQ France’s digital editorial offering across the website, social platforms, and newsletters. Supervise content distribution and performance, plan and execute tentpole moments (e.g., Fashion Week, MOTY), and write/optimize audience-focused headlines, metadata, and copy. Drive daily coverage strategy, amplify stories with social and video teams, and lead SEO editorial strategy using analytics and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise the distribution of GQ France’s digital editorial offering across platforms.
•Collaborate with editorial, social, and video teams to commission, structure, and publish topics and dossiers across digital channels.
•Develop content plans and distribution strategies for key editorial moments, including tentpoles and special projects.
•Write, optimize, and publish digital content, including headlines, decks, metadata, and audience-oriented copy to maximize engagement while preserving the editorial line.
•Pilot editorial SEO strategy and use analytics to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and reports to editorial teams.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience in digital publishing for premium magazines, newspapers, or media.
•Excellent writing, editing, and digital publishing skills.
•Experience producing content for digital platforms and managing digital content strategies and editorial workflows.
•Strong understanding of audience behavior, digital storytelling, and content distribution.
•Solid knowledge of SEO plus experience using analytics tools to inform editorial decisions and produce performance insights.
