Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree focused in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field.
  • •7+ years of progressive HR experience, with global experience preferred.

  • •Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS applications (Workday), plus ability to use AI tools to streamline HR workflows and analyze workforce data.
