Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and post journal entries across fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, AP, cash, and corporate card activity
  • •Own month-end reconciliations for assigned balance sheet accounts and resolve variances
  • •Manage the AP cycle end-to-end, including invoice coding, approval workflow, and payment runs
  • •Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and own corporate card program reconciliations while enforcing T&E policy
  • •Serve as a key contributor to the annual external audit and help build accounting policies and internal controls documentation

Key Requirements
