Job Summary

Lead international partnership and external relations strategy in line with the Authority’s communication plan. Strengthen the DG/Chairman’s strategic relationships with internal, local, regional, and international stakeholders through leadership communications, content, and media operations. Manage international MoUs, partner performance reporting, and VIP event support, including delegations, visits, memberships, and conference coordination while ensuring protocol compliance and evidence-based decision support.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement international partnership and relationship-management policies and directions in line with the approved communication plan
•Develop and execute strategic leadership communication plans and content, supporting external communications and media operations
•Manage partnership category activities, evaluate partnership performance and value realization, and prepare performance reports for evidence-based decisions
•Oversee international MoUs, develop annual action plans, and coordinate with relevant agencies and sectors to ensure implementation
•Organize official international delegations and visits, manage event hosting and VIP lists, and ensure compliance with protocol standards

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in public administration
•9+ years of experience with a master’s degree (11+ years with a bachelor’s degree)
•Strong executive communication skills for correspondence, presentation design, and executive reporting
•Ability to engage stakeholders and manage protocol requirements
•Experience coordinating media relations and internal alignment across sectors
