Installation Coordinator

Coordinate customer installations end-to-end by managing key account relationships, partnering with sales to understand requirements, and reviewing work orders for scope, clarity, dates, and product availability. Schedule pre-site, delivery, and installation events, maintain the installation calendar, and track installs by product type. Serve as the point of contact for questions and complaints while processing documentation, pricing, credit memos, and rescheduled appointments.
