Senior Project Engineer

Lead complex capital and process improvement projects that improve operational excellence in manufacturing operations. Plan, design, budget, and execute multiple engineering initiatives while managing scope, cost, and schedule. Create detailed engineering deliverables (process flow diagrams, material/energy balances, preliminary P&IDs, control strategies), track performance with PMIS and governance processes, and partner cross-functionally—especially with Maintenance & Reliability and Finance—to deliver measurable business benefits safely and in compliance with standards and regulations.
