Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a leader for Gov. Celso Ramos and the region in Talent Acquisition and develop the local TA team, ensuring alignment of local strategies with regional TA guidelines.
  • •Partner strategically with operational and regional leadership to ensure business needs are met.
  • •Plan, structure and execute regional hiring plans, considering catchment zones, shift needs and profiles.
  • •Consolidate and analyze recruitment data, ensuring governance, quality and productivity in talent sourcing processes and supporting decision-making with local/regional leaders.
  • •Propose and implement continuous improvements in attraction and selection processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability in high-volume scenarios, and the best candidate experience while reinforcing employer branding and Mercado Libre values.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (formação superior completa).
  • •Extensive experience in high-volume Recruitment and Selection (Recrutamento e Seleção de alto volume).
  • •Experience leading recruitment teams and managing hiring plans during expansion.
  • •Experience with data analysis and reporting using Google Sheets, Data Studio, Power BI or similar tools.
  • •Availability for on-site work 4 days a week at Gov Celso Ramos/SC operation.
