Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate through core teams (Sales, Product Management, Client Management, Business Management, or Chief Control Office) to solve real client problems.
  • •Match appropriate financial products to client needs, including payment tools, cards, and liquidity solutions.
  • •Ensure services meet international compliance requirements and local regulations.
  • •Learn how AI, APIs, cloud, and automation are used to improve client services.
  • •Contribute to internal work such as creating dashboards and supporting key client-facing materials for senior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
  • •Be a recent graduate with less than 2 years’ full-time work experience (or be due to graduate by July 2027).
  • •Have obtained or expect to achieve a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 (or 3.2/4.0) with the equivalent shown on your transcript/degree certificate.
  • •Be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • •Be legally permitted to work in mainland China for the full duration of the graduate programme and beyond, without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
