Key Responsibilities

  • •Own complex end-to-end technical implementations of Synapse products across banking and enterprise environments, including restricted and air-gapped setups.
  • •Lead technical architecture discussions and design deployment architectures covering network topology, security boundaries, authentication/authorization, application infrastructure, data flows, API exposure, integration patterns, observability, HA, and DR.
  • •Design, build, and maintain complex integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., core banking platforms, internal APIs, data warehouses/lakes, Kafka, Oracle/SQL Server, identity/access management, legacy enterprise applications).
  • •Lead deployment and orchestration, upgrades, migration/rollback, and production rollout strategies using Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and related tooling.
  • •Investigate and resolve critical production incidents as a senior escalation point, producing technical artifacts such as architecture docs, API documentation, integration specs, deployment runbooks, and operational handover documents.

Key Requirements

  • •4–7+ years of experience in forward deployed engineering, systems integration, solutions engineering, DevOps, backend engineering, infrastructure engineering, or enterprise technical implementation.
  • •Hands-on software engineering experience with Python and API development using FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
  • •Hands-on production deployment and operations experience using Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux.
  • •Significant experience integrating with enterprise systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle, SQL Server, Kafka/message queues, identity providers, ERPs/CRMs, or internal banking platforms).
  • •Strong understanding of authentication/authorization patterns (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, LDAP/Active Directory, API keys, JWTs, and service-to-service authentication) and ability to troubleshoot distributed systems across layers.
