Job Summary

Teach 11-week live, synchronous online courses in Applied AI, Data Analysis with AI, AI Integration, and AI in Business Operations. Create inclusive, student-centered learning environments, provide timely feedback, host weekly office hours, and evaluate progress with mid- and end-quarter assessments. Co-manage courses with Teaching Assistants, leverage Campus training and embedded AI tools, and help drive meaningful outcomes for historically underserved students.

Key Responsibilities

•Teach 11-week live, synchronous online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies.
•Create an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes active learning and student participation.
•Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within one to two business days.
•Host weekly office hours and co-manage courses with Teaching Assistants, including mentoring TAs on grading and engagement.
•Evaluate student progress, maintain grade records, and submit mid-quarter and end-of-quarter evaluations.

Salary: USD 5,000 - 8,000

Key Requirements

•Minimum of a Master’s degree in a relevant field; PhD or equivalent advanced degree welcome.
•At least 2 years of undergraduate-level teaching experience.
•Preferred experience teaching in online, synchronous (live), or hybrid environments.
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills.
•Comfort with digital tools including LMS and video conferencing, and a willingness to integrate AI-powered tools into teaching.
