AC Mechanical Engineer

Execute, supervise, and evaluate mechanical maintenance activities for assigned process equipment at the La Barca distillery, ensuring safe, continuous, and efficient operations. Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; inspect equipment condition; diagnose mechanical failures; and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime. Manage maintenance work orders in the maintenance system, run post-intervention tests, lead/root-cause analyses, support Manex and quality management standards, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors to meet maintenance KPIs.
