Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, managing resolution and advising managers on HR issues.
  • •Partner with senior leaders on engagement strategies to attract and retain talent in remote work locations.
  • •Support and enhance the Remote Site Engagement Strategy through direct employee and manager responsiveness.
  • •Act as an HR knowledge expert, consultant, coach, and advisor to drive HR goals and objectives from an enterprise perspective.
  • •Develop and execute HR strategies and plans including talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, organization optimization, performance and career development, and employee engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of total related experience.
  • •5+ years of experience working with employees as an HR Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
  • •5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, and processes.
  • •5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement.
