Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the end-to-end workflow for marketing design projects, from intake and scoping through delivery and launch
  • •Define and document clear project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables for designers
  • •Prioritize incoming requests in partnership with Product and Development teams, balancing urgency, impact, and capacity
  • •Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks or blockers
  • •Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned with business objectives

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in marketing project management, design operations, or a similar role
  • •Proven experience managing design workflows and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • •Demonstrated success leading website and digital product launches with close collaboration with design and development teams
  • •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • •Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing workflows
