Job Summary

Join On's Direct-to-Consumer Store Retail team in Seoul as a Store Advisor, delivering exceptional customer service while representing the brand. You will maintain product knowledge, support inventory and visual merchandising, collaborate with store leadership, and help deliver a premium in-store experience at the Lotte location in Seoul.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customers and addressing inquiries, helping create solutions.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of product information and stay informed on On’s global activities and projects.
•Contribute feedback to store leadership to improve store processes, customer engagement and team happiness.
•Help maintain premium visual standards and store presentation.
•Assist with inventory management and inbound/outbound product orders.

Key Requirements

•Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment.
•Background in the Running, Fashion or Sports Industry is preferred but not required.
•Strong communication, hospitality and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work both independently and as part of a team.
•Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
