Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a long-term vision and operating model for Technical Shared Services.
  • •Align multiple teams under a common strategy, service framework, and operational standards including SLAs, KPIs, and governance.
  • •Lead Level 1 and Level 2 production support, incident management, escalation paths, and continuous improvement using root cause analysis.
  • •Establish and run an enterprise-wide release management framework, including release planning, deployment governance, readiness reviews, and change control.
  • •Oversee support for enterprise data platforms and access governance, partnering with security/compliance/audit to ensure access controls and improving automation and self-service capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 173,200 - 310,420 annually

  • •15+ years leading technical operations, support, engineering services, or enterprise technology organizations.
  • •5+ years leading managers and large cross-functional teams.
  • •Proven experience building or transforming enterprise shared services organizations.
  • •Experience leading Production Support, SRE/Operations Release Engineering, DevOps, Data Operations, identity & access management, or enterprise application support.
  • •Demonstrated success driving organizational change and building service management frameworks, SLAs, operational metrics, and governance processes.
