The North Face: Supervisor - Charleston

Lead day-to-day store operations and support the Store Manager team to deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and drive results against sales and KPI targets. Oversee opening/closing, floor coverage, stockroom and inventory integrity (shipments, replenishment, loss prevention), and maintain visual merchandising standards. Help build an inclusive, consumer-centric store environment and participate in local community events.
