Job Summary

Lead enterprise architecture for priority accounts and strategic pursuits, designing and positioning multi-tower transformation and managed services deals. Translate client business needs into executable cross-tower architectures spanning applications, cloud, infrastructure, security, digital workplace, and BPO. Use COTS/SaaS solutioning, AIOps capabilities, and agentic AI tools to shape opportunity strategy, RFP/RFI workstreams, target-state roadmaps, value propositions, and in-contract innovation.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish enterprise architecture views of priority accounts, including application estate, COTS footprint, SaaS landscape, cloud adoption posture, integration patterns, and AIOps/agentic AI pain points.
•Lead opportunity seeding by running workshops and C-suite conversations to shape modern architectures across COTS modernization, app-centric cloud migration, AIOps-driven observability, and agentic AI for operations and BPO.
•Serve as the cross-tower deal architect across applications, cloud, infrastructure, security, digital workplace, and managed services; design integrated solutions and ensure scalability, security, and governance alignment.
•Lead deal/bid architecture workstreams for major RFP/RFIs by defining target-state architecture, reference models, transition roadmaps, operating/governance structures, and agentic AI integration layers.
•Provide innovation strategy and architecture assurance by evolving cross-tower offerings, benchmarking competitive plays, and driving in-contract innovation tied to measurable business outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent; master’s preferred.
•15+ years’ experience in applications architecture, COTS/SaaS solutioning, cloud-native architecture and/or operations automation.
•5+ years in presales or deal architecture roles designing large, multi-tower solutions.
•Proven experience integrating AIOps and AI-enabled automation into enterprise programs.
•Exposure to APAC multi-country clients and global delivery models; cloud/enterprise-architecture/SaaS-COTS certifications are advantageous.
