Lead Fever’s global newsletter strategy and execution across all active Secret Media Network cities. Define content strategy, coordinate delivery, and optimize performance to ensure newsletters are editorially relevant, scalable, and commercially effective, with seamless branded content integration to boost engagement, retention, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the newsletter content strategy across all active cities and markets; establish editorial frameworks, formats, and best practices.
•Coordinate with local and global editorial teams to ensure timely inclusion of relevant, high-performing content; build and maintain newsletter calendars.
•Act as the central point of contact for all newsletter initiatives across editorial and branded content teams; align with marketing and Originals launches.
•Create, manage, and optimize automated email flows and triggers; ensure CRM initiatives support user lifecycle goals (acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation).
•Track and analyze KPI performance; build regular reports/dashboards; optimize subject lines, formats, content mix, and send strategies; ensure data privacy.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, newsletter management, or lifecycle marketing within a media, agency, or digital brand environment.
•Deep understanding of the newsletter ecosystem, including content strategy, deliverability, and performance optimization.
•Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Braze, Mailchimp, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar) and building automated flows.
•Strong editorial sensitivity and ability to curate content for diverse audiences; cross-functional collaboration with editorial, marketing, commercial, and product teams.
•Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and action plans; comfortable managing multiple markets and deadlines.
