Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of 15+ technicians, providing leadership and guidance to deliver company results.
  • •Meet one-on-one with direct reports to coach and mentor technicians and help them find solutions.
  • •Retrieve, review, and monitor metrics, reports, documentation, customer service logs, and safety/training records to improve maintenance and repair efficiency.
  • •Ensure technicians comply with administrative and DOT policies, safety rules, and applicable environmental/government regulations.
  • •Manage technician onboarding, safety audits/QCIs, inventory levels of equipment/parts/tools, and support budgeting and goal-setting with market team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline plus 6 years’ experience in a related field (or equivalent combinations such as master’s/4 years, PhD/1 year, or 10 years’ experience).
  • •1+ year of experience in management or a lead role.
  • •Safe driving requirements: valid state-of-residence driver’s license, ability to obtain/maintain a Driver Qualification File, and 3-year MVR review.
  • •Must be at least 21 years or older due to interstate operating authority commerce regulations.
  • •Skills in coaching, mentoring, teaching, discipline, and handling difficult conversations for mobile technicians.
