Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager

Manage a commercial credit portfolio as part of the coverage team, partnering with relationship managers and credit analysts throughout the deal lifecycle. Recommend credit structures and pricing, perform final risk rating analysis, and monitor deals via lender portal processes. Communicate credit events to clients, generate commitment letters, document decisions and modifications, and independently pitch complex deal structures while mentoring more junior team members.
