Design drainage systems for major Road and Rail infrastructure projects across Victoria, partnering with Principal Engineers and delivering high-quality design reports and drawing packages. Work from the Melbourne office with a team-first culture, using tools such as 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC and (a bonus) TUFLOW. Lead and coordinate drainage design elements to meet project goals, client expectations, and safety-focused, future-ready outcomes.

•Design innovative drainage systems for civil infrastructure projects.
•Lead and coordinate drainage design elements to meet project goals and client expectations.
•Partner with Principal Engineers on large-scale projects and own your deliverables.
•Produce high-quality design reports and drawing packages.
•Collaborate with industry-leading engineers to grow technical expertise and deliver project outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in drainage design, preferably for transport infrastructure projects.
•Knowledge of Austroads guidelines, standards and specifications; rail drainage standards/specifications are a plus.
•Hands-on stormwater and drainage design experience (open channels, culverts, pit and piped systems).
•Proficiency with tools such as 12D, DRAINS and MUSIC; dynamic drainage in 12D and/or experience with TUFLOW is a bonus.
