Job Summary

Lead hands-on Salesforce DevOps delivery for small-to-medium projects, implementing CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps frameworks while supporting Technical Architects on enterprise programs. Partner with client stakeholders to define requirements, assess and improve DevOps practices, and design resilient, secure deployment solutions. Drive DevOps tool selection and continuous delivery across environments, collaborating with Salesforce product teams and enabling an AI-first workflow to accelerate release and infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations.
•Assess existing DevOps processes, tools, and practices, recommending improvements.
•Design, present, and implement best-fit DevOps solutions and drive selection and implementation of DevOps tools.
•Lead setup and execution of Salesforce DevOps frameworks and ensure successful continuous delivery deployments across environments.
•Champion an AI-first DevOps workflow using AI developer assistants to accelerate CI/CD pipeline development, release automation, infrastructure configuration, and deployment processes.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform focused on DevOps, release management, and CI/CD implementation.
•Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Metadata API, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
•Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Copado, Jenkins, GitLab, and Azure DevOps, plus version control systems like GitHub and Bitbucket.
•Deep understanding of sandbox strategy, source-driven development, branching strategies, and release governance.
•Familiarity with Salesforce deployment models including Change Sets, Unlocked/Managed Packages, and Metadata deployments.
