•Define and scale program processes and frameworks across the organization while mentoring TPMs.

•6+ years of experience in technical program or product management, with a track record of shipping products with broad, global customer impact.

•Lead technical discussions by driving clarity on decision tradeoffs and solutions; don’t let problems remain ambiguous.
•Independently lead efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders across time zones.
