Key Responsibilities

  • •Review project proposals to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
  • •Allocate and manage resources and directly manage project and software team resources, including assigning duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
  • •Establish and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders; coordinate activities between factory, supply chain, project resources, and customer.
  • •Coordinate project personnel to ensure progress on schedule and within prescribed budget, including supply chain, warehouse, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field service personnel.
  • •Manage project sales forecasting and estimation, project expenses and invoicing/revenue generation, ensure compliance with relevant acts and ethical standards, and identify customer requirements for additional business opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in the electrical industry dealing with UPS systems, DC systems, and/or low/medium voltage, plus data centre and technical product sales.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical industry dealing with UPS systems, DC systems, and/or low/medium voltage, plus data centre and technical product sales.
  • •Graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or any Engineering degree with project management experience for electrical industry projects.
  • •Formal project management qualification (PMP or Prince) or more than 5 years of project management experience.
  • •Experience creating project plans, milestones, deliverables, staffing requirements, and managing project progress within schedule and budget.
