Sales Support Associate I

Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the cash wrap and on a well-maintained sales floor. Operate POS accurately, organize and process shipments and transfers, and support stockroom cleanliness and inventory accuracy. Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and maintain store standards by executing visual merchandising updates and following Loss Prevention guidelines. Support sales floor activity and partner with team members and management as needed.
