Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform basic to complex research using bank systems to support client requests.
  • •Provide deposit, check, statement, and report copies and complete related data entry.
  • •Research and resolve monetary and non-monetary differences during check processing, credit card processing, or corporate client billing.
  • •Utilize the Enterprise Commercial Payments product to complete routine research and process transactions.
  • •Identify and resolve moderate issues using established guidelines; refer more complex issues to senior staff or managers, and improve process efficiency and client experience.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED is required; college degree is preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year of bank operations experience is preferred.
