Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean and maintain restrooms and ensure all buildings are kept clean.
  • •Operate floor scrubbing machinery and maintain clean auction house floors.
  • •Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; follow safety and health procedures; may assist with moving furniture and unloading/storing supplies.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education/certification, or 5 years’ experience in a related field.

  • •Ability to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear; ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb.
  • •Ability to lift 1-50 pounds (medium strength).
  • •Custodial duties; regularly required vision abilities including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
